Curd is a dairy product obtained by coagulating milk in a process called curdling. The coagulation can be caused by adding rennet or any edible acidic acid substance such as lemon juice, vinegar, culture and then allowing it to sit. After coagulation it is stored in incubation room to maintain the temperature of 42˚c it is will be packed in cups, pouches or in bulk quantity.
